the Opportunity
When I saw this reality firsthand, God called me from Hawaii to Tokyo to respond. Many faithful pastors and leaders are serving, but too few young pastors and leaders are ready to step in.
That’s why I’m discipling and equipping Japan’s next generation, so the Gospel doesn’t stop here.

Vision 2030 | How We’ll Get There
To raise 10,000 young pastors and leaders, I’m starting with a personal goal: disciple 100 leaders who will each go on to raise 100 more. Through this multiplication, we can see a generation of leaders equipped to carry the Gospel into Japan’s future.
